This is the best tasting sugar substitute I have ever had. Not only is it very low on the glycemic index, but it can actually help glucose levels when consuming with carbs. The Value for money is its uncompromising taste and comparison to sugar when baking and making deserts. It’s a natural alternative that is derived from fruits like raisins and dates.
