They were so apologetic and kind and I just couldn't fault them at all. I had no nets in my bedroom and was anticipating a reduction in light but they are such bright white they have lightened up my bedroom. I have since placed more orders with them and the pattern and quality is wonderful. I shall be ordering some curtains from them soon. It was nice to deal with a company within the UK and didn't have to wait forever for things to be sorted out.
