Left it to burn for a couple of hours (product is ready to go straight out of the box- just place and light), left the doors of my workshop open for ventilation. Now my wee stove is perfectly soot free and burning away merrily as I type. Product leaves the soot residue on the grate- easily vacuumed away in a couple of minutes. I put a brush up the flue anyway, just to see, delighted when next to no material came away!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to use

This was very easy to use and assume it does the job, Our woodburner flue is bendy and hard to find a chimney sweep so thought this would be a good stop gap until we do. It is not a substitute for regular sweeping but will be using it inbetween a couple of sweeps per year. Customer service was excellent as when the first delivery went missing (had an empty package presented by Royal Mail as someone had cut the bottom off and emptied it!) they immediately dispatched another.
