This was actually the first thing I looked at because so many people commented on it (in reality, this wasn't going to make or break my purchase). I would like to say with confidence mine were navy. It was a dark dark navy, but definitely navy. I'm not saying it was never black but maybe they changed the fabric or something.Anyways... I ordered this top in both a 12 and 14. I based it off of the suggested sizing because that's what other reviewers said to do. Sometimes my chest makes shirts do weird things so I figured I'd just order 2 options right away. The sizing chart said I should be a 12 and I'm not disagreeing because the 12 does fit but based on how I like things to fit me I should go with the 14. However the arm holes were very large in the 14 which just isn't something I wanted, so I'm returning the 14.Overall it is a good shirt. It serves it's purpose and for what I paid ($11) I wasn't expecting anything magnificent. And when it's time to get a new shirt for vacation but not fancy and just casual one and when I saw this I just had to get it. I love lace I love blue and I love horizontal lines lol so this shirt was perfect!! I'm usually size 6-8 for shirt and 8-10 for pants and I'm 5,1" 155lbs right now and prettt short lady. I got size Medium and fits perfectly. Since I'm short, the shirt looks longer but it's not too long and actually it's just long enough to cover my hips which I like. Materials are thin-ish and if you don't wear anything underneath, your skin can probably see through on white part. I would suggest wearing camisole or something if you don't want to show your skin.
