It connects my audio system indoors goes thru a couple walls to the Bluetooth unit mounted on the outside wall. **Q: Will this work with Bose headphones and Comcast box?** A: If the Comcast box has a 3.5 audio out and the Bose headset has a 3.5 audio in then yes it will work. Just be aware it will most likely feel heavy as this is a long cable.
