For example, because of its width and the difference in the feel, you do tend to have a little bit of a rocking motion when you bike. This however diminishes as you get used to it and make your own adjustments with your body. Another example is that people say that you slide off of it. It’s true if you don’t know how to read instructions. Just ighten the nut AFTER you position the seat at the leveling that you desire. As for any customer service or pricing questions, I made my inquiry and I got an answer within 24 hours. There was no problem in them understanding what I was asking and in their response to me.
