The batch I tried tasted strong than Amazing Herbs Premium , but weaker than Pure Turkish, which does state 2.26% minimum. So, likely freshield is at least 20-30% weaker than that. **Q: Question for Freshfield: is this grown without pesticides and chemical fertilizers?** A: Hey, Thanks! That's a great question! I have used this brand before and had no hesitation to try it. I believe the quality to be good and it smells fine to me as I didn;t know what to expect. I do find I need to take it WHILE I am eating. If I take it too early before a meal or wait too much afterwards I have horrible burps that just are not pleasant as you definitely know why and taste the oil. However, once I figured that out I have had no issues. I haven't really had any changes in my health and since I wasn't targeting anything in particular I can't comment as to its effectiveness.
