U much clean floor with cleaner by green pad for remove dust,scratch marks . After that u can buffer floor by red pad and this product **Q: Is this for vct?** A: Yes it is when used with a floor machine. I use it with a 2,000 rpm floor burnisher for a better shine but it can be used with a 300 or 600 rpm machine. The key is it must be used with a buff pad as opposed to a scrub pad. The buff pads are usually beige colored. **Q: Is this ready to use or does it have to be diluted?** A: Ready To Use with rug clean machine **Q: Can I use this product to spray and buff vinyl floors with low speed machine without stripping and waxing and still get a good shine?** A: I do not use this product! My grandmother was so upset about the state of her prefinished hardwood floors. The high traffic areas in the house were not holding their shine like less traveled areas. I did some research and bought a gallon of this to spray buff her floors. Let me tell you that this stuff is amazing!!!! Her floors looks fantastic! I hand buffed the floors with the restorer using a nice fiber cloth. I then used the buffing machine to polish the floors. They are absolutely beautiful! A side note is that you have to dilute this cleaner. It takes 2 cups per 1 gallon of water.
