Seriously. - After trying and returning 14 (yes 14!) other shower heads from desertcart, I have finally found the perfect one. My fiancé refuses to let me change out the shower arm or add an extension so we are using this on the typical short 45 degree bend, but it is fantastic nonetheless. We can’t use the broadest setting as the pressure is just too low with the angle, it falls straight down onto the tub faucet. BUT oh my god, the middle setting is absolute PERFECTION with plenty of coverage. It is just as broad as the many 8” shower heads we’ve tried and I don’t feel like we’re missing out without the broader setting at all. It is so soft and smooth, and rinses soap as quickly as if you dumped a bucket of water on yourself, even with the flow restrictor intact. The narrow setting is perfect for rinsing long hair quickly and has a lot of pressure (I say this as a shower head snob who gets annoyed if it takes longer than 90 seconds to rinse my hair), but it does not have the typical sting on your skin of other high pressure shower heads. Another key win- it must be using less water than others that are supposedly 2.5 gpm, because the water gets hotter and stays hot for longer compared to every other shower head I’ve tried. I was so frustrated in our new house that showers would get warm but not hot that I was about ready to call a plumber, but this shower head fixed that instantly!
