BEST FOR: RICE, BIRYANI, PILAF, CURRIES (VEG, MEAT, FISH) PASTA, CHINESE, STIR FRYING. PRODUCT BENEFITS Clay pots give you all the Phosphorus, Iron, Magnesium and several other Minerals. Clay being alkaline in nature helps in neutralizing the Ph balance of the food by interacting with the acid present in the food. Clay being a porous, allows heat and moisture circulate evenly making food juicer, Food cooks Perfect without over heating & burning. WHAT IS A DEEP BURNED CLAY POT OR BLACK POTTERY? It is a very old traditional Pottery technique. A Normal red Clay pot is Kilned once. Deep Burned Pots are kilned two times, Second time, potters Burn the pots stacked together with wood and Hay at a temperature Nearly 1200*C. This will Make the pots very strong and Durable. Very strong clay cook handi, very thick also,perfect heat transmitting and healthy cooking,I use clay pot from last year ,it's reduce so many health problem like bp,sugar etc,it's balance ph level to controll acidic and nutralise in blood,I ask every indian to reject aluminium Pot which is toxic for health,instead use Led free still ,customer iron rtc, but clay pot is top for health recovery and you fell better after using within month, Be naturally be swatik, be become old Indian healthy people who used clay pot from lakh of yrs,
