I suggest you use about 2x more than you think is correct, as the lack of salt requires much more seasoning to get to a tasty point. Use lots, and you will be happy with it.

THis is nice since it is salt free...I sometimes use a little salt with it but not always as the flavors are great. It is a little bit spice but nothing overwhelming. I use this on meats, chicken, pasta, rice.
