The jerseys I pressed them on were 100% polyester. They were really simple to press on using my heat press. I set the temperature to 302 degrees fahrenheit and pressed with medium pressure for 15 seconds. I only let cool for about 5 seconds before peeling so I'd consider this a "hot peel" application. I only had one instance of a number wanting to come up when I went to peel. I hit again for another 10 seconds and it stayed down.Only time will tell how well these numbers stay on in the long run. We have worn them, washed and dried them for three games now and there is no evidence of any wear or peeling.
