It arrived on time and was packed well to avoid damage. My only two concerns that make me not give it 5 stars are that (i) the backrest is more vertical that it appears to be in the picture (making me sit up straight . . . .) and an optional part of putting the bench together is to use brown Gorilla glue in certain places - but the little bottle that apparently is the brown Gorilla glue that comes with the bench isn't labeled and it isn't clear in the instructions that that is what it is.
