The size is small, which I was looking for, and the cable management is also perfect. The only issue I encountered was with the annoying fan vibration. The issue was caused by resonance, as the fans were running at identical speeds due to being connected through the provided splitter cable instead of directly to the motherboard fan headers. I resolved the problem by plugging each fan into separate motherboard ports and adjusting the fan curves so the top two fans operate at slightly different speeds. I only figured this out after ordering a second Okinos Aqua 3 case from Amazon, and it had the same problem.
