Just rub alittle bit around your face for a bit and wipe off with a damp cloth. Skin feels hydrated and ALL the makeup is GONE. I follow with my nighttime routine but if you're young or don't normally use nighttime creams you really don't have to. Your face will feel clean and soft and you can just go to sleep as is. I would wash my face if I were removing makeup to put on a new "face" - say day to evening. This is also more environmentally friendly than single-use wipes and inexpensive. Not much is needed per use. I'm a fan of many e.l.f products because they are high quality and inexpensive. Some things I use are more expensive but they are worth it.
