    Comfortable shoe. Heel and Achilles areas wear out quickly

I love these shoes. I really do. They are really comfortable and fit well. I have to order them a size or two larger than almost any other shoe brand, but that doesn't bother me. What does, is the material inside the shoe. The area for the heel and achilles wear out extremely quick compared to rest of the shoe. I'd replace the insert no problem, but the other portion isn't replaceable. These last me about 3-6 months depending on usage.My job which sees the most wear on them, is at a library indoors on a carpeted area. I do a good deal of walking, and am not sure what the average user gets in terms of mileage. I work on a average a 5 hour day 5-6 days/week and on my feet all day with minimal down time.

I wear a size11 boot and most shoes.  I tried these on at the store in a 11 and they were just a little to snug but they were out of 11.5.  I ordered a 11.5 and they fit great.

These shoes are fine except the toe fitment. Order atleast a half size larger then what you think you need because the toe box in the front is pretty narrow and can get uncomfortable it's almost like how women's high heels are with the pointed toes.
