As of that date there is no mention of wheat listed on the bottle ingredients. I assume McCormick has changed the ingredients after the answers above were posted. The ingredients listed in the amazon description, as of January, 2020 are incorrect and need to be updated. However, there is still no mention of gluten free on the label. I plan to call McCormick for clarification. **Q: This product is in the gluten free foods. Is in fact gluten free?** A: The ingredients list no fewer than three items described as "wheat". This reminds me of the gravy you used to get in diners. It’s very good, rich in the right way, not too salty. I actually added a bit of salt and pepper and it was nice that there was space in the taste of it to allow me to do so!
