I used it for 3 weeks and it did absolutely nothing to improve my condition. I felt that it left my normally shiny hair dull and lifeless. I have since been prescribed a coal tar shampoo by my GP and this seems to be helping keep things at bay much better and doesn't have the same detrimental affect on the look/feel of my hair.I completely relate to a willingness to try anything with conditions such as psoriasis and eczema - and wouldn't be able to say "don't try it", as the reviews suggest that it has helped some people - but in the interests of balance, I wanted to let people know that it didn't help me at all! ### ⭐ Snake Oil - Don't waste your money. *by D***C on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 October 2018* It is of no use whatsoever. Like so many other sufferers of scalp Psoriasis I tended to try "aspirational products" like this. It is just shampoo. It will not help you. After consulting a specialist dermatologist I did complete a course of treatment that actually worked. This treatment involves prescription-only steroid-based medicines. If you believe that this bottle of shampoo will help you then I have a bridge to sell you!
