These fit the bill, and the colors go well with the rest of my earring collection, so I'll be able to match and coordinate.For those struggling to get the backs off when they first arrive, I found out that stubborn backs will come off if you use a rubber jar opening cloth (those cheap round ones). Grip the earring head between your fingers with one hand (you might have to pull your sleeve over your fingers so your finger oils don't cause the stud to slide), and use the rubber jar opener with your other hand to gently twist off the back. I don't have two jar openers, but that would probably work even better.
