The pack seems durable and and well made.However, it does not rip away from its mounts and it doesn't have an internal pocket like an issued IFAK does. If you mount this somewhere, it's going to stay there. I'd recommend you mount it on tactical gear somewhere on your front or front side so you can reach it with both hands.
