Review: I am typically a skeptic...but found this product worthwhile. - I typically take 10 a day altogether in the morning, on an empty stomach. They are reasonable size, easy to swallow and taste like a vegetal green tea. I definitely felt more energy. In the beginning I missed a dose and remembered in the evening...took 10 at night and could not sleep at all. After reading research on people , chlorophyll and NIR light, I am finding even more reason to like these. Good for us at a cellular level. Good item to buy on prime day! Note: I have chronic spinal problems, and I have NOT experienced any pain relief. Mainly just more energy. Maybe some mental clarity. I do recomend this product.
