I did not have any associated decorative pillows, so I can't say whether those will fit, but it might be possible to get a small neck roll in the bag, too, if you can roll the comforter very tightly. I rated the durability as 4 stars because the vinyl is not the quality of the bags that comforters come in at the middle-end bedding stores.
