The pillows stayed in place all night and didn't slide off it.The cover is rough textured to prevent it sliding around on the bed and to prevent the pillows sliding off it. The colour of the cover is very attractive.I want to know, where has it been all my life? I have never slept so well since I began using it.I'm waiting for a CPAP machine as I have sleep apnea. I also have COPD. This pillow helped keep me in the correct position to keep my airways open. I no longer wheeze and cough when I lie down. I also have a mini usb fan clipped to the table next to where I sleep to help keep my airways open, whilst I wait for the machine.I'm having the best night's sleep that I've had in a long time and it's down to using this pillow.You can also use it turned the other way, if you like sitting up in bed reading or watching T.V.I was sceptical, as there are so many out there to choose from. Pillows weren't cutting it and were causing back problems. I found this type of product and researched all of them and decided on this one. Why didn't I get this so much sooner?? It's fantastic!! It's great for sitting upright, for laying in bed with your head elevated and for sleeping sitting up. I'm a side sleeper so I don't use it to sleep as it's too steep for that but I didn't need it or buy it for that so that's fine for me. I still use a pillow or two over it but the structure/firmness behind it with this, saves my back and I don't have to worry about getting all the pillows just right after lots of fiddling around only to have to get up again for something and adjust them all over again. Seriously, you need this in your life if you're resting in bed for any reason or if you need to sleep sitting up. I really wish I had bought this so much sooner!
