The packaging is really deceiving as it's says in big print " Better Ricotta Cheese", only when I purchased it and opened is when I realized what I mistake I had made. That's when I read small tiny letters saying better "THAN" ricotta cheese. Unfortunately, it's not better than Ricotta- it tastes like sour tofu that sat in the sun for 2 days with a sweet blueberry aftertaste. I had planned on making baked stuffed shells and ended up wasting high quality organic mozzarella and shells because of this fermented putrid ricotta wannabe with the consistency of a toothpaste - I'd rather drink water from Flint Michigan. I am also considering fighting this charge with my credit card company because I feel cheated, used and empty inside. My pregnant wife now hates me and threatens me with Tofurky for Thanksgiving. I am honestly so traumatized and don't think I'll ever make stuffed shells ever again - well maybe after therapy sessions.
