They find it comfortable enough to sleep in and lounge around, and I find it easy to put on and take off. The reflective edge is nice for visibility and the snaps are easy to adjust. The adjustable dongle broke on one of the cones I bought, so I had to replace it (it was easy to get a replacement from Amazon). I have had no issues with the replacement. This is a great cone for the price; both my dogs had to use it in the space of a month (an eye issue and a spay) and they both did well with it.
