They are my favorite earbuds but the right one was only lasting like 15 mins and wouldn't charge correctly anymore. Everything was super easy to do also, the batteries fit just perfectly and they work great. It's like my earbuds are brand new again. So for less than a tenth of the cost of new ones I was able to fix my "old ones". For the money the value is outrageous! Plus I couldn't find my heat gun and just used a hair dryer and it worked just fine. The only problem with mine was that there was a hole/slit in the glue so it was all dried up, I'm sure if I contacted them they would've sent me a new tube of glue but it was easier, and faster, to just go grab a small tube of the E6500 (or whatever it's called), but I didn't take any stars off for that because accidents happen and it wasn't really a big deal. If your earbuds aren't charging anymore or they only last half as long as they used to I would absolutely recommend this for sure, they give you very detailed instructions, it's a video of a guy actually doing the repair and he doesn't skip anything and explains it incredibly well, so I think just about anyone could replace the batteries.
