**Q: Does it handle 220v -240v?**
A: To the best of my knowledge that is the normal electricity supply in the UK.

**Q: What is the maximum working length, the details say up to 2.9m, a reviewer says 2.6m. I am confused**
A: It’s more like 2.75m

**Q: My chain keeps coming off, are there any guides in how to fix this?**
A: There is some instructions on tensioning chain on the inside of the covers but you will need to retention after a few uses as all chain saws work loose  and just keep maintaining also contact wolf creek for their instructions on maintaining

**Q: how long is the warranty for?**
A: To the best of my knowledge the warranty is for 12 months, which is normal.
