The suggestions I received were all the steps I had already taken: update firmware, update driver, etc. Very disappointing. I was a fan of Zoom products having worked with the H4n for years. Recomendable, es bastante completa y el precio está en consonancia ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by C***N on 9 October 2025* Bei normalen Mehrspur-Recordern sind die Baugruppen quasi in Reihe verdrahtet, vielleicht kann man das so sagen. Also vom Eingang durch den Mixer und dann Wahlweise zur Aufnahme oder ins Audio Interface und in den Computer, zusätzlich dann auch in den meist einzelnen Kopfhörer-Ausgang und die Analog-Ausgänge. Beim L-8 läuft das alles eher unabhängig voneinander, was spezielle Anwendungen zur Folge hat. Kann gut sein oder schlecht. Also: Im Eingang geht's nur durch den Input-Gain und direkt weiter zur Aufnahme, und Punkt. Kein Mix, keine Effekte etc. Unabhängig davon gehen die Signale durch den Mischer und das kann man für ein Live-Mix nutzen, auch mit einem Effekt, ohne die parallel laufende Aufnahme zu beeinflussen. Ins Audio-Interface geht es zusätzlich parallel. Der Computer kann für was auch immer eingebunden werden, gleichzeitig zur Aufnahme. Die Kopfhörer-Ausgänge haben jeder ihren eigenen Durchgang durch das Mischpult. Man muss das Pult jeweils umschalten auf welchen Misch es gerade anzeigt. Die Fader bleiben zwar unbewegt, aber Lämpchen zeigen den gewählten Mix neben Fadern und Knöpfen an. Das geht ganz gut. Gedacht ist das natürlich für eine Live-Situation. Kleine Band oder so, jeder Musiker eigenen Monitor-Misch, zusätzlich ein Saal-Mix auf die PA mit EQ und z. B. Hall-Einstellungen für den Raum angepasst und nebenher läuft eine Cleane Aufnahme mit, die man dann nachträglich in Ruhe abmischen kann. Das Konzept passt aber auch hervorragend für Heimstudio-Anwendungen, finde ich, wo einer oder wenige aufnehmen, aber nicht ständig alles durch den Computer laufen lassen wollen. Man kann im Garten aufnehmen, im Keller oder nachts im Wald, whatever.
