My only gripe is that if i want to go down to a lower weight the dumbells with these longer screws set in i have to remove them witch takes a bit of time...... And installed the shorter ones... I wished you made a medium size length screws as i only work ever go up to 120's and switching over to the smaller crews can be a drag at times... After a drop set or switching over to another exercise... other than that awesome quality!! Review: Works great over 95 lbs. Not flush under that. Interchangeable with AOC Pilates. - These screws are too long to sit flush until you load up more than 90 lbs so if you are using under 100 lbs don't bother. They overlap in effective length at 95 lbs of plates loaded. Under 95 lbs - standard screws only Exactly 95 lbs - either 100+ lbs - longer screws only These are exactly the same as the AOC Pilates screws. I'm actually using these on AOC Pilates dumbbells since I prefer the octagon shaped dumbbells.
