The feel, look and are very substantial. Been in South Florida Sun for a couple of years and still look great. These recent pair I bought are for my new F150 pickup. I have a side step and the handles help me reach stuff in the bed of the truck. They look factory installed. Very please with this product. Unfortunately we have not been able to install it yet because our barn door is not as wide as the one shown in the picture so the screws are way too long and we haven't been able to find identical but smaller black screws. We're a bit stymied as to how to resolve this so we're in a hold pattern at the moment.
