This toy is cute and seems well made. But then you put batteries in it and start it up and the worries begins. It has to ramp up or something and takes a while to get to a speed were it will even move forward in an almost upright position. Then it doesn't stay on the rope or go more then a few inches before its arm hits the ground and it goes in circles more like a top. The entire time there is also a smell of burning rubber or something. When you turn it off the motor and wheels take between 1 and 2 minutes to actually stop all the way. Not at all what I expected. Cute and maybe the beginning start to a grate idea but in reality now it is definitely not safe for small children and it doesn't work as shown in video. ### ⭐⭐ Read Instructions for Any Chance *by D***K on September 8, 2024* Can it work? Sorta. Is it a PITA to get to work? 100% It's a cute and fun idea, but it's just too darn hard to get it to work consistently, even when following the instructions. This is absolutely not for a child, they'll never get it, it's hard enough for an adult. Yes, you have to turn it on and leave it in the stand for the full time so it calibrates. You can NOT just turn it on and let it go, it won't work. Yes, when you turn it off you need to put it back in the stand and let it wind down, it'll shut off within 60 seconds, not a big deal. But again, even when following the instructions, it's a pain to get to work, and when you do, it doesn't last long before it stumbles and falls. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worked well *by J***N on September 10, 2024* It worked well but then I dropped it one time and it broke and wouldn’t turn on.
