It's plastic, but looks like metal. *by M***E on October 13, 2025* I like this number pad, and the fact that it has some additional keys, like page up/down, home, tab, delete, etc. Also, it has a dedicated key for opening up the calculator app, which is a nice touch. One thing I don't like, and I don't think this is a design defect, is that for actions that require you to hold down a modifier key, like ctrl or cmd, while pressing a key on the number pad, it won't work. Modifier keys have no effect when used in combination with keys on the number pad. This is likely true of any add-on number pad, not just this one, so I didn't deduct any stars for it. Also, it would have been nice if the slope of the number pad matched the slope of the Apple wireless keyboard, but it lies flatter than the keyboard. I guess I can put some extra feet on it to tip it up a little.
