I contacted them and the only reply I had was telling me that it had left their depot on the 18th December. Very good, but it was never delivered. As this was a christmas present, I am more than a little disappointed. I did order another one of these last summer for somebody else and it was received very quickly and was a lovely hamper, which was thoroughly enjoyed. I won't be bothering again though.
