I did not notice a lot of buffeting with the stock windshield but like I said the wind noise was horrible. The Klock Works 9” flare windshield worked perfectly. It allows me to hear the stereo at highway speeds with no problem. Still low profile looks great on the bike and still gives me a little clean wind so I feel like I’m riding a motorcycle. Just finished an 800+ mile round trip ride from Raleigh NC, to Blue Ridge GA for the 4th of July made the trip enjoyable, Could hear my tunes and still had a little wind in my face. Great product, good quality, fit great, easy to install with fast delivery. Used the same one switching them out and selling my old bikes with the others I took off. Don't like the little short ones. Riding in comfort and hearing the music is more important than the look for me. These are well build for wind resisance but keeps it off the rider. Got careless with my 22 and it blew off (my bad) on the last ride. No other damage and no one was hurt. Lock thight is my new friend. The old one had a few scatches but otherwise in good shape after over 10 years and somewhere around 70+K miles. Bought a new one. Really like them. They may seem a little pricey but the design and quality is there.
