Battery lasts a long long time on a charge. I am very pleased. Not big enough for an average to large man. I use it at FL amusement parks. It can go fast. Only issue, is that the battery has to be in exactly the right spot. ### ⭐ Buyer Beware they do not stand behind their product *by V***A on September 2, 2023* I purchased this for my husband prior to a family vacation so he would be able to get around comfortably,he has several health issues , when we arrived out of town (we had only received this a few days before leaving) we went to use it and the battery would not stay charged so we charged it again thinking maybe we didn’t let it charge long enough ,so after charging we went to use it again and it died with in minutes of use being we were out of town and needed it so I took it to a local shop it see what the issue was they ran diagnostics on it and it had several dead cells in the battery being we needed it I had no choice but to pay $160 to get it fixed I contacted the company looking for some type of reimbursement for their faulty item and their response was there is nothing wrong with our batteries …really? Clearly there was something wrong with the batteries it would not keep a charge and when test showed dead cells in the battery they responded with we will give you $20 …..$20 I had to come out of pocket for $160 to fix their faulty item and all they wanted to reimburse me was $20 they were extremely rude and kept insisting there was nothing wrong with their item….
