I would take it before starting a long car ride through hills and wouldn’t feel any nausea like I normally would. I have and inner ear problem and suffer with intermittent nausea and motion sickness. I have always had a RX for anti-nausea medication but was in Canada several years ago and ran out of it a Canadian friend advised me to purchase Gravol. It was less expensive in Canada but I still get it and it does the trick and I don't have to take than one per episode. No repeated every 4-6 hrs doses. I have told many family and friends who have similar issues. Highly recommend. Does not make me drowsy but there is a PM Gravol that does help with sleep.
