Review: Great for sourdough! - This Dutch oven has turned into my favorite one. I bought a two pack of Tramontina Dutch ovens from Costco and while they cook well, the enamel has easily chipped off in different spots. This dutch oven has never chipped. I use it for baking sourdough and my loaves always come out beautifully. It’s the perfect size whereas the one I have from tramontina is a little too big for what I need. And it’s so heavy whereas this one is not quite as heavy but heavy enough to know it’s good quality. I love the color. The handles are a good size and the knob is sturdy. I’m thinking I’ll buy another one.

This Dutch oven has turned into my favorite one. I bought a two pack of Tramontina Dutch ovens from Costco and while they cook well, the enamel has easily chipped off in different spots. This was a last minute purchase for Thanksgiving and let me tell you I’ve never been more happy with a product. It’s durable, holds heat well, cleans easy, and is not too big so it’s easy to store. If you’re looking for a budget Dutch oven, this is an easy pick.
