The design is also adorable The warning sticker was stuck to the actual skateboard deck, however, instead of the plastic wrap. The sticker was difficult to remove, so some of it remains on the bottom of my board. After a couple uses, the design began to wear on the nose and tail of the board. Neither of these "issues" affect the overall performance of the board, only its appearance. Otherwise, this board is great! It does come with the tool and some extra parts.
