My bra size is 34-DD and I normally wear a size Small to Medium garment depending upon the item, the manufacturer and whether I have gained or lost a few pounds. I recently had surgery on my chest area and now need radiation therapy. My Doctor recommended that I wear a loose fitting, 100% cotton camisole (no bra) for comfort during therapy. Finding anything 100% cotton these days is not easy. I checked the recommended web site and not only did I not find what I was looking for, anything even close to the required garment was cost prohibitive. My husband suggested I try Amazon and wallah, I found this great camisole. I ordered the large with the hope it would comply with my Doctor's recommendations and due to the many Reviews which referred to "small arm holes" and "shrinkage". I am elated to state that it is perfect. Extremely comfortable. Yes, it does fit loosely. However, this is precisely what I need at this time. This camisole is 100% cotton with the exception of the lace trim. If I may, a word to the wise please .. I always assume any garment which is 100% cotton will shrink because it always does unless otherwise stated somewhere on the garment or the garment tag. I never dry my delicates in a dryer. Rather, I air dry them on a hanger, drying rack or lying on a flat surface with a towel beneath. I never dry delicates in direct sunlight or near a heat source. I did attempt to hang this camisole to dry and when I went to check on it, I could see the length of the arm holes were beginning to stretch as was the hem length. I decided to lie it flat to dry. Drying flat appears to be the best approach for me. It is my hope that upon completion of radiation therapy I may dry this camisole just a smidgen in the dryer on the delicate cycle and then lie flat to completely dry so that it will shrink to a better fit. If not, I will purchase a couple in a Small or Medium because I do love it. For now this is just what the Doctor ordered. The price is not bad either. I do hope this Review is helpful. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Top is nice, however runs very small. *by J***Z on Reviewed in the United States on June 29, 2016* I ordered Black, XL and with this skimpy cut, I would need XXXL for a comfortable fit (usually I use M or L depending on the brand). . It's made very well however it fits like a snug small. Nice trim but it's slightly stiff.A real plus is that is has no side seams, it's a "tube" and good length for tucking in smoothly. IF it shrinks one bit I won't be able to wear it comfortably because the armholes are very small.Edit: After laundering it has tightened up a bit more--the fabric is very rough for cotton and wears at my skin around the arms This is brand is for Junior Miss sizing perhaps. I'm was considering returning it but have missed the window.Edit #2: I added a star because it launders well--no fading in cool to lukewarm water. It is very fitted and the fabric is medium weight. I bought it to wear under other shirts and the lace v-neck is very pretty.
