The storage bag arrived dirty (see photo) and the wood inside the uke is bowed and broken in places (see photo). The strap is adorable, but not even functional! There’s no place to attach it to on the uke. And, of course, it can’t hold a tune even 30 seconds after tuning it (adjusting the screws was no help). The ukulele is a beautiful color, but that’s about it.You get what you pay for, and fortunately I merely bought this as a birthday gift for my 6 year old, where it’ll serve more as a toy than an instrument. Her birthday is too close to return it, otherwise I would in a heartbeat. Worst. Purchase.
