Thank you** A: I need more information... what is in the grout... what type of residue/soil/grease/etc/etc. I use it for automotive detailing (cleaning of various materials), to remove decals, wraps, etc. It works very well for me, however it is just one of many methods/tools/machines that I use. I am going to purchase another wand/straight head that you are in reference to and modify it to do some things/improve it's performance, as well as using the one that it came with. I believe it is 110 Volts only but Jiffy may offer a 220 Volt model. This is a must have tool to have. We use this to steam the vinyl portion of the seat covers to make them more pliable to stretch and install. We also use this to heat the plastics up to prevent them from cracking on removal.
