Even if you measure your leg and order the correct size - it is very hit and miss.This is a comfortable fit and supportive at the same time but the garter part across the top of the leg is tight.Very good support for a one hour gym class or a bit longer but the tightness gets uncomfortable after that. I did three gym classes and part way through the second class I was getting pins and needles in my legs and felt my circulation was getting cut off.so these are way too tight.Certainly not comfortable enough to sleep in. It has been Almost 2 weeks and NO single reply. Hence this low rated review.I would strongly recommend NOT to purchase this product as the seller does not provide the after sales support needed.I am happy to return to review again if seller makes contact and we reach a positive resolution in the future. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good for gym use *by K***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 27 November 2018* These are good quality knee supports, flexible enough to have a full range of movement but as supportive as you'll get without getting a rigid knee brace which couldn't be used for exercise (I have both types). They stay in place well when training and look pretty decent. I was concerned about the smallest size being a medium and thought they may be on the large side but for females these would be fine for anyone size 8 - 14.
