This metal detector is ineffective and inaccurate at best. I did a test run in a dirt patch. I passed the detector over the dirt to make sure i wouldn't get a reading. Then i placed a nail in the dirt to test the accuracy. I passed over at an easy pace and the detector doesn't beep until you are well passed the item.
