The liquid eyeliner seems to be permanent marker. It even smells like it. The eyeshadow is almost translucent when applied and not as advertised. I like the foundation brush and the little mascara brush. I am not returning this because I plan on keeping them. All of the makeup is going in my garbage where it belongs. Lesson learned Review: Makep - I was afraid to try this product since it was inexpensive but I loved it.
