We manage apartment buildings in the San Francisco area so our summers aren't that hot and we usually see fog May - August. Despite the mild climate one watering bag in partial shade / morning sun developed a major crack at the bottom so water gushes out when you try to refill it. Another bag is in afternoon sun for most of the day and also had the same cracking issue.
