Fits the 40oz Hyro Flask perfectly & snugly. If you have a rubber boot on your Hydro Flask then it will be very difficult to slip in the holder though unless you wrap the boot in a piece of plastic (so it will glide easily into the holder). However, I think the snug fit is key. If that is really an issue though, just remove the rubber boot on the Hydro Flask, slide it in the holder, then put the boot back on when you need to.
