A concentration of 2% to 5% is required. Circulating solutions of CATER-SCALE is of benefit in preventing build-up of hard water deposits. A concentration of 1% is normally sufficient at 70ºC to 80ºC. Applications include scale removal in blanchers, coolers, vats, drinks vending machines, ham and tongue moulds and presses, fish boxes, trays, kits and pasteurisation plants.
