I really like the rechargeable battery, which makes it easy to use anywhere without constantly changing batteries. The built-in water temperature sensor is a smart safety feature—it ensures the water is always at a comfortable temperature. Plus, the fact that it’s FSA/HSA eligible is a nice bonus. One thing to note: it works much better if you use an ear wax softener before cleaning. I didn’t get much wax or dead skin out using just the device alone, but after softening the wax for a day or two, it worked much more effectively. My only real complaint is the instructions—they weren’t very clear and could definitely be improved. I had to figure out how to use it through trial and error. Overall, it’s a solid product that does the job well with a little prep.
