Handling is pretty much unchanged and although I didn’t measure before I installed it I feel like it was more than 2.5 inches on my sport. Review: I purchased this kit about a month ago. I have put about a thousand miles on the lift kit. It has had a work out. Every thing from deep sand to high speed interstate driving. The kit has worked out exceptionally well. The ride is a little stiffer than the factory ride but it handles exceptionally well. The lift raised the jeep 2.5 inches. The install took about 6 hours. I raised it on jacks and Jack stands. The install was straight foward. The only problems were with removal of some of the nuts and bolts. Impact wrenches don't fit well in tight places laying on the floor. I followed the instructions and had no problems. On completion the jeep including the steering wheel did not need any adjustments.
