Customer service is very good as my initial set had one amplifier which gave a high pitched squeal. The CS rep replied to my email quickly with a suggestion which unfortunately didn't solve the problem. I emailed a second time for a possible alternative suggestion and they sent me a new set which works better. I have tested them side by side with several others I have and this was #1 with respect to volume and clarity.2. No squealing in my ear. If you haven't used any of these amplifiers you don't realize what a big deal this is. Even at the highest volume, where I keep mine, I am getting no squealing.Because I had a an experience where one that I liked very much was no longer available when I needed to reorder, I am ordering now another pair of this amplifier to be sure I am set for a long time.
